We need to be heard….This Fritz Elienberg (Boston Herald) case has soiled our independent contracting name. He is a con artist. Him and his buddy, Solon have tried to collect off a different company years ago. Solon failed and instead took a dive off a ladder to collect a work man's comp claim. I know for a fact that Fritz tried to have this guy, Solon, come work for Custom Cable Concepts. Fritz was never treated like an employee. He made his own schedule. He paid all of his taxes like a 1099. Under a slightly different name. (Fritz Elien) Not Fritz Elienberg??? He could take any day off he wanted. He dictated his working environment. He also could take a loss at any time. He was always in control of his own work site. I am offended this has gotten so far.
There are over 25 people out of work right now because of him. Good people. People that are happy to be were they are. All 1099 independent. They all choose to be this way. They have a choice. They chose. Fritz chose. And he enjoyed all the benefits of being a 1099 independent.
I , like the rest, are willing to take a stand. We are not the only independent group out there. We will organize. We will stand up to this bogus claim. And his true colors will shine through. We need help. And this is the time to fight back.
Please any help you can on defending our right as independents is greatly appreciated.
